Banana Breakfast Booster.

I found this delicious recipe that is great start for a quick breakfast. It is good for you and you feel refreshed and are ready to start the day. Try it out and enjoy.

1/2 Cup plain yogurt.
1 small banana
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
Combine all ingredients and blend together.
